We are the owner of about 10 different headphones each of which have their buts. In the Alza days I decided to try some more and ended up ordering another pair before the end of the Alza days. These headphones are for me the best headphones I have ever had. What I expected from the headphones:
1) None of my pips were ANC. in our gym, the owner unfortunately believes that music must be played everywhere and loudly. So, using my tracks on the treadmill was basically impossible because I couldn't hear my own music over the noise. I have two bridges at home with ANC, but I don't really run with those. Result: The ANC in these headphones works incredibly, I really didn't expect such performance from the pips. Basically, they dampen the surroundings just like my SONY nine-bridge
2) Decent battery life. The durability is really great, especially with the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless headphones, which have been my favourite so far. They played nicely, but they couldn't do ANC and only lasted about 2 hours!
3) Seamless behavior with Garmin watches. This is absolutely crucial to me. The Garmin Watches CZ&SK Facebook pages are full of bad experiences with the connection of headphones with Garmin watches, with the most common problem being the non-functioning volume control. I have encountered this problem with these headphones: https://www.alza.cz/soundeus-soundglasses-5s-d6725109. htm? o=2 That's why I chose the headphones according to the list created by the administrators of the Garin watch group and I confirm - these headphones work with Garmin watches absolutely reliably.
4) Of course I want the headphones to sound nice. And by that I don't mean absolute FLAT, because they really are sport headphones, so a more bassy presentation suits me perfectly. This is a very individual thing, but after a slight adjustment in the equalizer of the app, I managed to tune the headphones to an absolutely amazing profile for me. In conclusion, I have to mention a negative thing that is not related to these headphones, but to their delivery. Unfortunately, Alza decided to get rid of the Alza box in a prime location in the middle of a 25,000-person housing estate and moved Alzabox to its periphery. That's why I'm letting my Alza+ membership expire and will not be renewing. If I have to drive somewhere to pick up the goods, **** will usually offer me a better price with free pick-up at the branch.
Seamless behaviour with Garmin watches. I 100% recommend the Garmin watch. None of the problems that plague a lot of headphones on the market, such as not being able to control volume from your Garmin watch. Here everything works 100%
For me, great headphone tuning, where I prefer more bass, I even chose the default Bass mode, but I have made it a bit more close to FLAT mode in the JBL app. They handle the basses perfectly.
Relatively good quality bluetooth, outages much less frequent than with other headphones
Really great active ambient noise cancellation. This was the main reason we bought the headphones - unfortunately, our gym believes that music from speakers needs to be loud and speakers are everywhere.
Despite the superiority over about 10 types of headphones that I have tried in places with complete obfuscation of 2.4GHz such as shopping malls, occasional bluetooht failure does occur. But really, compared to other headphones we've had so far, it's just better.
Alza cancelled the Alzabox in the centre of a large housing estate and it was necessary to go to the ALZA box on the periphery of the estate to get the headphones. That's the end of Alza + for me

Pleasant travel - they play decently enough. I'll try to play with the equalizer, but it still has a bit of reserve (it's not Bose or similar brand). I'd be willing to bet that an overhead at this price point will play better.
So far I've been riding with them on public transport and ANC is quite noticeable. As they said in the reviews, it's not 100% but it can handle the vast majority.
I don't want to write this as a disadvantage, but the longer I wear them, the more they feel like they fit, at first I didn't have that feeling at all. It's not that they're falling out on their own, I guess I'm just feeling loose. Anyway, I'll try changing the plugs and maybe that'll help: -)

I'm afraid there are too many superlatives everywhere. After 4 years when my airpods ran out, I said I would give a chance to other brands than Apple because they are certainly farther away and at more reasonable prices. Unfortunately, even absolutely trivial functionalities such as ear detection work so strangely here that you can't wave your hand over it and even though they are sound fine headphones, the software brings them to their knees and there is definitely something to improve. Hopefully, someone will be happier with a month-old JBL than I am.

they have well designed sound outlets which are covered under the spunt by a metal grille and not by some sieve so there is really no risk of getting grease into them. All you have to do is remove the spunt and wipe the entrance.
where to start. they have huge gaps in software. They behave strangely in almost all normal situations. Almost everything is dependent on opening the box, as has been mentioned several times here it has a considerable delay.
you can't set the gestures as you like. They are fixed, and you can at most choose whether you want them left or right, choosing the lesser of two evils when selecting the functions you want to activate. After one day I deactivated them completely. Surprisingly, the headphones "clicked" whenever I touched them, regardless of the fact that they did not perform any function.
quite often "dandruff" in them when listening. It's a very unpleasant sound which I would liken to a tooth breaking. And I daresay you don't want to hear that.
Unfortunately, I am one of those who do not fit with any size, even various adjustments did not help so that I could somehow close them in my ear on the inner side, they just hold only if I do not move, breathe. It's unrealistic for me to live with them, I constantly had to push them into my ear = they were constantly clicking.
I have regularly received a call from them and the phone did not switch to them, i.e. the speaker and microphone on the phone were switched on instead of the headset. Manual call transfer worked.
Most problem situations are solved by leaving everything, putting them in the box, leaving them there for a while, taking them out, putting them on and moving on.
The placement of the ear sensor is on the bottom of the "stone", so whenever you take it by the leg it starts to play immediately.
You can only find out the charging status in the app, with a warning that you can only find out the correct status when the headphones are in the box.
The headphone search only works when the headphones are in an open box and only when they start playing at maximum volume. Sorry JBL but I would be ashamed of this solution and not mention it at all.

Classic JBL. Beautiful bass, balanced mids and highs. Overall a wonderful feeling from the music. It fits well in the ears, and you can lie on your side in bed: -). Ambient noise cancellation works at about 70%. Endurance of several hours. Wireless charging is also suitable.
