the sound is not bad and the 7.1 is quite well done
"isolate" from the surroundings - suitable e.g. to work with a jackhammer
tilting the microphone turns the microphone off
the material looks solid (but it's hard to judge after a few days how long it will really last)
they isolate in such a way that I feel like I've stuck my head underwater, but any contact of the headphones or cable with anything, even the cable itself, feels like someone picking your earwax with a rasp. The "clink" of contact when the handset is folded is almost painful.
somehow the description lacks mention that one common 3.5 jack for headphones and microphone (TRRS) is used instead of 2 jacks, which desktop PCs normally have an output.
the USB connection, which I have to use, among other things because of the TRRS jack, has the property that it starts playing with a few seconds delay, which is quite noticeable in video, where 2-3s of sound drop out after starting, but also after every forward or backward movement.
