Technically / sonically perfect. The app is one big misery. Let me explain. The application on the laptop, where you set up everything you need, is only available when the dongle is plugged in. The BT app doesn't work, and that's hard to believe for almost 4k headphones these days. On the other hand, if you plug the dongle into your mobile, the app cannot be launched as it requires a BT connection. Last but not least, if you plug the dongle into your laptop, after some time of listening the audio device "crashes" and stops working. Tested in another PC via USB reduction. Conclusion? even near-perfect sound can't overcome totally out-of-tune drivers.

Definitely a disappointment. I traded them in for the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless 2021 and I did the right thing. It's like heaven and smoke.

Without the use of a dongle they are generally, even for playing, practically unusable
Discharges quickly when the dongle is plugged in
Game mode without dongle is completely useless. The response is incredibly high.

If you're looking for ultra-low latency TWS headsets for PC, you've come to the right place. With USB-C dongle I don't notice a delay compared to wired headphones, this can't be said e.g. o Asus Rog Cetra True Wireless.
