They're putting in inferior pumps
Carpet nozzle clogs up a lot and is difficult to clean
The carpet attachment and seat attachment have to be meaninglessly changed, so the product is destroyed sooner
The hose is bursting
JUST WHO DOESN'T USE IT DOESN'T UNDERSTAND: -)
I ONLY BUY NEW MACHINES BECAUSE OF THE WARRANTY
