Bought in 2020. Everything was fine at the beginning. Quite compact and easy to use.
Used max. 3 per year in a smaller apartment, always done proper cleaning after use. After three years (about 9 uses) the water pump went out.
I don't recommend it, it lasted about the same as the 2000 "unbranded" piece we used before it.

After purchase, the first time it was used, it did not work and was returned. The seal for sucking water from the bucket was missing. The package deliberately does not include a nozzle for upholstery, so as to extract money from us. A bagless vacuum cleaner needs a dry vacuum bag.

The mix of (not only) reviews here didn' t exactly have a positive effect on me, but my wife and I thought we' d give it a chance. First piece unboxed, missing nozzle holder, returned, bought new. Finding out that the holder is useless, the nozzles are difficult to put in there, do not hold there well, it does not count with the cord, a disaster. Let' s go clean. When assembling the vacuum cleaner, one cannot help but notice that the Eta for 2000 has much higher quality materials. Ok, it may not affect the function. I turn it on according to the instructions and the water drips under pressure instead of spraying. I' ll take it apart, reassemble it, maybe it' s uncomfortable somewhere, especially “under the lid“. Checking if there is a seal at all, when a lot of people wrote here that it needs to be looked after, it likes to get lost. Yes, everything looks fine. Still nothing. Repeat about 10 times, I spray it on the window to see if anything is happening and what it looks like, because you can' t see anything against the dark brown floor. Nothing, dripping, flowing, floor totally wet. After half an hour of the roar of the engine and the pump, when everything around is wet due to flowing water instead of pressurized spray, I' m already under pressure. “What kind of Mr. “ I say to myself. Through subsequent laboratory work, I discovered that without turning on the vacuum (which, according to the instructions, should always be turned on first, then the pump), the water sprays. The window is already completely melted, the floor too, a glimmer of hope. It sprays, but rather sprays. Ok, I' m going to dust the carpet, maybe it will start. So I trot along with the vacuum cleaner nozzle over the carpet and spray. It makes me wonder why we didn' t buy it. I would do the same with a handheld pressure sprayer and a wet or ideally an industrial vacuum cleaner. The carpet is wet, I leave it on, I go to vacuum. It doesn' t look like the videos, but it soaks up water and a lot of water in the first few strokes. It' s definitely not as easy as they make it out to be. In order to get the maximum amount of water and dirt out of the carpet, I have to push a lot, so I cough on the tube, I don' t believe that I won' t break the forum plastic and I put it straight on the hose and vacuum on my knees. Packing house. Nice, the carpet is creamy white again instead of gray. Unfortunately, it didn' t clean the smell of dog urine (original Karcher cleaner), even when I sprinkled baking soda on the damp carpet and vacuumed it after it dried. Even after two tedious cleanings, the smell did not disappear. Anyway returned, probably the worst home appliance experience I' ve ever had. Either buy a much more expensive one, or pay for the reading to someone who has the more expensive one. This is a useless device that will cause you more trouble than cleaning.
Sucks
When you undergo martyrdom, it cleans up quite a bit of dirt
When you turn on the vacuum cleaner and then the pump, as it says in the instructions and as I would expect it to work according to the product videos, it does not spray water, but lets it go in a trickle - absolutely useless (perhaps a defective part)
When only the pump is turned on, it sprays water, but definitely not under pressure, as it is stated everywhere - it rather sprays it

It doesn' t have a drum for the cord so you have to fight with it yourself - this is a total flop for me, already a vacuum cleaner that my grandmother had in the 90s for 20 years, it had an automatic cord winding for the vacuum cleaner and it was also a vacuum cleaner for 500, which I bought for a student room at university 10 years ago

He will get the job done eventually, but the preparation is not without its problems. I expected more from this brand.
After about 1/2 year of experience, this is quite disappointing. This is not the first appliance of this brand that we have used and they are problem free. This is not the case for SE 5.100. Even the actual assembly of the machine body requires constant attention.
Otherwise the top of the machine does not fit exactly into the body where the containers are and it does not close well. Not to mention the gasket on the end of the tubing to suck the water out of the container. It keeps falling.
It is necessary to be careful, it is easy to lose -spill with dirty water.
I wouldn't buy the SE 5.100 a second time
