The manufacturer should clearly state that the app does not allow uploading and downloading of the recording. I personally got it for this purpose so I could upload records for my doctor, but the app doesn't offer that and only generates a report. Personally, I had not counted on it being able to detect any defects, but I was shocked at how poorly it worked - even from a 15 minute recording with ongoing atrial fibrillation it did not make this diagnosis and only pointed out the irregular heartbeat (more precisely the presence of supraventricular extrasystoles). When I tried another (free app), it determined atrial fibrillation after 30 seconds of recording. I solved the record with another app for 200 CZK from the app store, while Kardi AI is a big disappointment for me and I strongly do not recommend it. I am attaching a screenshot of a report from the Cardi AI with atrial fibrillation, but the app did not evaluate it as possible atrial fibrillation.

Kardi AI device: I measure myself almost daily, often for several hour stretches, sometimes overnight. They didn't show an arrhythmia once. Furthermore, the Bluetooth connection drops out very often - I only need to move to the other side of the room from my mobile (my other devices work without problems within Bluetooth or WiFi).

I chose the device for the possibility of continuous ECG measurement incl. measurements during sports activity. A huge advantage for me. The other device that measures ECG, which I have at my disposal, can only measure in a 30-second stretch and you still have to be at rest. Not with Cardi AI. The Polar H10+ chest strap, which is included in the package, is paired with my Garmin Fenix 8 watch via ANT+ during activities and I also measure my heart rate during sports while measuring my ECG. Great. The app is nicely graphic and simple, given the focus and target audience I can understand that. I would definitely welcome an extension of the features, at least a more advanced display/comparison of statistics of measurement times for individual weeks/months to better motivate you to measure as often as possible. I could think of other things (e.g. the ability to measure HRV if you take measurements during sleep or at rest), but this is probably not the purpose of the Kardi AI. Anyway, I am very satisfied and definitely recommend it.
