The belt has some functionality, but it is absolutely not comparable to dog diapers. A diaper or pad from the belt sometimes falls out and the belt itself does not stop the dog from wiggling at night.
The best diapers for the dog are direct diapers, they do not move on the dog and beautifully absorb more urine.
