For years, I cooked milk, béchamel and porridge in an aluminum pot (those who are familiar with it) and never let it go. That' s in the past. I'm perfectly satisfied. It does not burn, it is easy to wash and most importantly it goes in the dishwasher and does not have to be washed exclusively by hand.
