the lady who writes the review significantly discouraged several interested people because she writes that it is not possible to send a smaller number of eggs. dear lady, you have written in the instructions that you can adjust the height of the broom beautifully with a screw. You also send snow from one protein in 10 seconds. This is also a brutal machine with those rich accessories.

Great for mixing and kneading dough, whisking meat grinds, making smoothies, blending soups and more. All-round help in the kitchen, indeed, since I have it, I've been venturing into such cooking/baking, which I didn't dare to do before - mainly because it was more laborious.
Easy maintenance for washing and drying. Maybe it could handle the dishwasher, I don't know (I use it quite a bit and I prefer to rinse the parts from the robot quickly in my hand, they would take up too much space in the dishwasher anyway).
For me, sometimes a daily helper for various tasks. Smoothies several times a week are already standard, as is making bread dough or pie dough. In the smoothie attachment (which I bought separately, it was not included in the set) I managed to make herbal pesto, a blast! Minced meat and its burgers, meatballs, lasagne have already settled in our country; it's simply incomparable, when I can choose the meat according to my taste and grind it at home ergo I know what I really have in the burger - it's priceless.
Blending cream soups is also a fairy tale thanks to the borosilicate glass blender, a few turns of the knob and you're ready to eat. The blender is therefore quite robust and heavy, I admit that sometimes I will take a hand blender, especially when I have only a small amount of food. For larger cooking, however, this is definitely a big advantage.
I don't miss much of the available accessories at the moment. As I mentioned above, I bought a smoothie maker, I will probably buy a food processor in time and the rest are not exactly must-have items for me (pasta maker toys, juicers, etc. ). I'm not likely to use a drum grater, and I see a similar situation with sausage maker attachments; but others may find it useful. Maybe it would be nice to be able to choose accessories that I can actually use in the basic setup; most of them are in a similar price level, so it would be a friendly move from the manufacturer, but I'm sure it doesn't really fit with their pricing policy; -)
For whipping snow, rubbing and mixing liquid doughs, more mass is needed. The whisks don't reach all the way to the bottom and with smaller volumes, the ingredients don't whip because the whisks simply can't reach it. But I honestly have no idea how big an army I would have to bake for to stuff, say, twelve eggs into a bowl. Usually recipes count on 2-3 eggs or 100 g of butter and sugar and unfortunately this is too little for the robot to make anything at all. In other words, I have not been able to whip the snow or beat the butter with the sugar (yet): -( Eventually a slightly shallower and also lower bowl would help (but I don't know if that is even made and offered by competing brands I've seen).
When kneading stiffer doughs (e.g. for bread) or grinding meat, the robot shakes slightly and bounces a little on the line, but I don't think this is to its or the final product's detriment. Anyway, the robot hasn't yet enjoyed full power. I usually make do with speeds up to about 3rd gear, there hasn't been an opportunity to max out at 6th yet (and I can't really imagine what would need to be stirred that fast, she's already pretty fast at 3rd).
Next, the drum grater didn't work so well for me. On the one hand, the grated pieces are unnecessarily large, on the other hand, it takes a similar amount of time as grating carrots or apples on a grater and it is more work to wash them. I don't have much use for it and would rather welcome it as a food processor supplement. I can dream about shredding cabbage, too.
