When mixing stiff dough (chickpea/bread), he literally chews it like a rock eater. But he doesn't ask, he works, he mixes, he twists. In short, it does what it is supposed to do and according to the manual, the chewing (nodding) is normal.
So far, I say I'd copy it again for the love. Let's see if it breaks down over time, or if it lasts longer than a 15 stick metal ETA.
