Resistance just right for stretching and strengthening.
After a few days of exercise you struggle with static electricity, but rinsing the rubber in soapy water will solve this.

The rubber itself is OK, but it really is very light. Definitely don't be fooled by the "extra hard" label, and if you were thinking of one of the easier levels (Level 3 - green, Level 2, etc. ), feel free to buy this one. At the same time it would be enough to make one more variant e.g. with a greater thickness of material.
It is possible to achieve some heaviness by folding it twice, but I have no idea how much I can stretch the rubber.
Can be easily used on all possible muscle groups
Doesn't smell
