I've used disposable razors all my life. It wasn't until I was 33 that I started to get annoyed that these razors were pulling beards rather than shaving them, and finally decided to get a manual razor. My eye fell on this product and I thought it was wonderfully retro. Then, when I found out that while replacement heads for regular razors cost a hundred crowns or more, a new razor will set you back five to ten crowns, the choice was clear.
I also rate the hygiene very positively. The machine can be disassembled by hand into three parts and each of them washed under running water. If you don't cough on it, you won't encounter residues of foam and shaved beard in the machine's head as it is the case with classic machines. Shaving with this razor takes a little practice, at first you will have abrasions on your face. Thanks to this machine, however, my shaving has become a ritual and I have gradually bought a brush, a base and a stone. For the first time in my life, I'm enjoying shaving.
