Works, writes and reads fast as advertised. IF YOU'RE GOING SLOW: 1) Reformat the disk, (NTFS, 32KB volume size)it is formatted strangely from the factory and runs slowly
2) Plug the drive into a 10Gbps USB port, a lot of "USB 3" ports are really only 5Gbps, so the flash drive will only go 500MB/s
