Proven quality. I already have the second of these headphones and I am fully satisfied. The eventual service and lifetime warranty are also great. I have had my first Koss Porta pro since 2000 and service has always been great and fast. Unfortunately, the first ones have been damaged twice (21 years) and once the headphone cable has failed. But that happens when I use them a lot. Always repaired to full satisfaction. Hopefully this new one will last that many years.
