The assembly is about 4 screws, the glass backing is fine for me (I use the glossy side with 3d lack). From the start it presses like this, but it is necessary to tune the hotend a bit (the nozzle is on the stop in the cube, it needs to loosen the heatbrake a bit and leave 1-1,5mm clearance to make the nozzle go to it on the stop). About 80h printed so far.

I'm on day 5 of this, and I'm really not saving it. Compared to the ender 3 it is a bit slower but on the other hand its adjustment is really precise. I did bed leveling on ender for about 1,5 months before I understood as a beginner and here I did it in 2 minutes and for 1s*. The construction is really robust
