Several times it happened to us that the Lamax servers probably went down and it was not possible to connect to the watch (only a direct call through the operator worked). Another bug of the watch is that when the credit runs out and the watch is in school mode, after the credit is increased the watch cannot be searched until it is switched from school mode to normal mode.
