The metal flows at the bottom. The water leaked slowly, all the contents drained out overnight. Destruction line
Dangerous!
Already advertised for the second time. The new one had the same malfunction after a few weeks, leaking.
Alza should consider withdrawing the product from sale.

The kettle is going out after 8 months, the water on the line and in the line has really done quite a bit of damage and I can see from other reviews that it is a design flaw.
Really nice design
After a fairly short time, the kettle started leaking in the gauge area at the base of the handle. She flooded the entire line several times.
Very difficult to clean the inside, it is not possible to put your hand through the narrow neck.
The strainer cannot be removed, so it is virtually uncleanable.
The lid is separate from the kettle, a hinged one would be more practical.

Removable cap
The kettle flows in the area of the volume gauge. I bought two - home and work - because I liked them so much, the problem showed up with both pieces. I claimed one, replaced it with a new one, and the problem manifested itself with the third kettle. so probably a design flaw.

I would have expected better workmanship for the price. You will get burned on the body of the kettle after boiling, the handle made of "wood" is an imitation (foil) and the kettle lets steam through to the base, which I absolutely do not understand in terms of safety and price. I wouldn't buy this overpriced "luxury" piece of crap again.
Fast heating: 1l approx. 3min. (Which is standard for this price category at this wattage)

The "wooden" handle is just a glued-on foil = nice, but it lasts a while
