I replaced an old pressure cooker I had at home with this one. The gaskets weren't working there and it wasn't working very well anymore. This is a whole different world for me. A lot of things it watches itself and you can even set a timer after which it turns off, so I don't have to watch it so much.

I have somewhat mixed feelings about the electric pressure cooker. Although the design is beautiful, it has quite a few things that bother me. Personally, I'd prefer a stainless steel container, given that the non-stick surface is a potential hazard and I haven't tracked down anywhere what this particular one is composed of. When the surface gets scratched, the complete machine will have to be thrown away, which I think is a shame. The ideal would be if the container was portable for induction, where one pulls the meat in and then has it papinated. Related to that, I also missed a handle or a handle to take out the inner container when you want to pour the broth. As far as functionality, why isn't there a beef program when there's chicken and pork? The outlet of the pressure valve has to stick, personally I would prefer something that loosens and drains itself. The valve was sputtering and splashing and unfortunately not only water. The pot is equipped with a timer, but you still need to add the pressure cooker, which can be 15 minutes more. The lid handle doesn't feel completely ergonomic in my hand and it was also hard to hold. For a pot that is quite large, the internal volume seems quite small. The pot also comes with a plastic measuring cup and a sort of mini scoop - for me these are unnecessary plastic.

I would never reach for a regular pressure cooker again, this one is faster, safer, more powerful. Great temperature keeping feature, in the morning I put the broth on to boil and we can go out with the kids come in for lunch and just serve. The meat was beautifully tender and the vegetables retained their amazing flavour, definitely recommend it! for me 10 out of 10

The size of the pot is rather medium. Its technical processing is simple, the inner container is easily washable (unfortunately it spins, see below). One large button to release steam (beware of splash burns! ). Quite large and legible (but simple) display. The instruction manual is really short and simple, just too much and not accurate. In the Instructions, for example. "as soon as pressure builds up, a signal sounds." There was never any response. In the package there is a kind of booklet with several recipes (different languages, CZ is not missing), but how much it is useful for us, it is hard to say. Where CZ support is missing, however, is the front panel below the screen. Next, a measuring cup + some kind of plastic cooking pot. You can set the different types of food I cook. Types of meat (why isn't there beef? ), rice, soups, mashed potatoes, warming, etc. I have to criticize one quite essential thing, the inner pot rotates, it is not locked in any way. Frying onions, meat and adding ingredients is not, and mixing them is not good. The inner pot is hot and has no handle. So you need to have something handy to hold the inner pot with. I would also be careful of the outer "wrapper" if you have small children. Probably won't burn, but warm is more than enough. I wouldn't expect that with this type. Maybe just my bad impression. Didn't feel quite right the way I was blowing off steam. I either let the food cool and everything releases or by holding the button on the "lid. " This hold can be quite long, and the first release is always with quite a big spurt of steam, respectively. Water. I'd probably be afraid of getting scalded if I was close. Sprayed all around (fortunately really only steam), however, what about the soup, which can also be made in the pot? (The manual easily says you shouldn't do this). However, the result is a quality stew and I can not say ash. The meat was very tender (I also adjusted its firmness, which is easy to do), everything came together beautifully into one amazingly strong and delicious taste experience. I would recommend the pot based on first impressions if I turn a blind eye to the negatives.

A great product that eases the daily hustle and bustle of preparing meals for my family of four. Since we love soups, the first meal was a broth that matched the long drawn out overnight broths. We loved the pot. It has a long enough cord to plug into an outlet, a large enough cooking pot and many features.
