It is not over-roasted and thus the taste will suit more lovers of sourer coffees, for me suitable for espresso tonic.
When prepared in an automatic coffee machine (espresso, americano) it is not very flavourful, tested on a De'Longhi Dinamica and a Philips LatteGo 2200.
