The Lenovo Tab M10 FHD Plus has a feature to turn off the display when the clip case is closed. This is controlled by a magnet at the top. When the case is fully open and the cover is against the back of the tablet, the sensor's over-sensitivity causes it to shut down on its own. Unfortunately, the behaviour cannot be switched off in the settings. You need to keep the top third of the cover away from the top edge of the tablet.
