Quality material, precise workmanship, smooth and serrated blade, interchangeable cutting blades, the spike has a very useful hole. Pleasant dimensions, not too small.
It has few tools, my 23 year old SOG PowerPlier has an extra chisel and Allen key - important tools that are missing here. At its size, it could easily accommodate six tipping units on each side instead of five. Unlike SOG products, the pliers do not have a lever mechanism.
