Nice set, it's just obvious that the authors focused on the "open" state and didn't pay so much attention to the outside
Huge set with lots of eastereggs and references to older sets with Baron von Barron and his Egyptian sets and the resulting presence of some retro parts
Perfect "dollhouse" concept where you can take it apart and play.
Lots of interior details
An incredible amount of junk all over the place - just lots of parts to play with and build
The drop down lift takes up a substantial part of the set and the mechanism is not hidden but out in the open. Maybe two or three rooms instead would be more fun
quite a few minifigs
The exterior is a bit bland compared to the interior, just smooth walls without much structure. I was amused by the gargoyle frog, though.
