An adult assembled it and the children play with the finished house, although sometimes they disassemble it a bit and lose something, so we are all happy with the kit.
opening house offers more interaction
overall it's a great kit
especially the details are very nice - mushrooms, cuckoo clock, snail, curved chimney, umbrella.
small parts tend to get lost and especially the special ones are quite expensive
the main branches could have been more, the tree looks a bit bare
should be folded carefully, I understand that it is not primarily for children
