There were some small inconveniences in communication regarding the goods as they were not currently in stock and each employee stated different facts and dates, but in the end the existing order was cancelled as the goods were sent from abroad and would take much longer to arrive than goods that were suddenly stocked and immediately dispatched and were in the box for collection in the morning.
