It has a preamplifier
Speed fluctuations - some songs are noticeable when listening
Does not have automatic shutdown - the needle suffers
It can be quite difficult to set the arm to the top of the board. It's at a great height and doesn't move straight down when lowered

The Lenco brand used to be a concept in the old days.
First try: unbearable speed fluctuations, non-functional arm trigger. After the complaint (replacement) the trigger works but the speed fluctuation is still the same (I never heard anything like that during the totalitarian period even on the most miserable gram for a few hundred).
The brand is really just a brand anymore (Lenco went out of business a long time ago). On Alza you can find the same device under at least 3 brands. If I'd noticed in time, I could have saved myself the trouble.
