I have an observation - I am only 162 cm tall and the package was again put in the top box and the two boxes of washing tablets that were also included were tucked in the back. At my height, I have no chance to take out the goods myself, so I usually stand at Alzabox and wait for someone taller to walk by and take out the packages.
