My own experience with the product and service is quite negative. After 5 months the motherboard came off so that the feeling was smoking. The repair in the service took a couple of weeks and after the repair the computer has either bent or somehow skewed mounted stand and does not work wireless charging. My request to have a service technician come to look at it was rejected, so if I want to solve the problem, I have to wait another few weeks and hope that the next repair will not end up with further problems. After my disagreement to wait X weeks for the repair of the problem, caused by poor quality work of the service centre and rather no exit control, my service ticket was cancelled. So I rate the customer support 1/5. I wouldn't buy anything from Lenovo again.
