If you're looking for a quiet night watching movies or an action gaming time without disturbing anyone with the lights of a full screen turned on, these glasses could be an acceptable option. They work plug & play with USB C compatible devices (windows/mac/possibly chrome OS laptops that allow connecting displays via USB C). Check compatibility of your devices before buying. No HDMI Adapter is expected to work with them either (they need to be powered up via the same USB cable). The colors are accurate, brightness is adjustable from two buttons on a side of the glasses and they even have some "stereo speakers" embedded in the arms of the glasses, but they're not for "studio quality sounds". Here I would've recommended using Bone Conduction headsets instead of those speakers for obvious reasons - total silence during quiet nights would work best. I'm pairing up the laptop with bluetooth earbuds though to overcome the inconvenience. For people with prescription glasses, it is provided in the package a "frame" for which you can order the specific prescription lenses at any optical store.
However, even if you're getting perfect eyes or perfect prescription lenses, the glasses are not for all purposes at all. Reading anything on the web is just impossible. Let alone using them for replying to emails, working with graphics or anything else. I don't fully understand why they called them AR Smart Glasses. With lights on, the display is big enough to cover everything except for little around and the little around is darkened so much that you can't see anything through them (so augmented reality not so much). For Smart Glasses, it doesn't have any sensor, camera or anything, so they do not allow any control with gestures or anything. I understand that really Smart Glasses with only 50$ more already exists in the market, but at least Alza didn't get to sell them too. In conclusion, these glasses can be a good companion in case you want to watch movies on a "big screen" in total privacy, and they're also acceptable for gaming, but for absolutely nothing more.

Reading is not recommended (it's really tiresome and being blurry on the edges is very uncomfortable to keep moving the glasses on your eyes to try to focus on specific position to read some words).
Static position on the glasses (needs some time to adapt to the fact that the screen moves with you).
I don't know why they are categorized in "Smart Glasses" when there's nothing smart about them. Connecting to Android phones is for specific Android phones that allow USB C screen connection (Motorola Ready For - ~5 models available today, Samsung DeX - pricy models only, and so on).
no wireless connection (the cable is sufficient if sitting next to your computer only).
the Glasses speakers could've been replaced with Bone Conduction headsets
