The laptop, purchased as new, unpacked, after opening, showed a small gap, approx. 0.5 mm, on the underside of the display - the transition of the display to the plastic part of the frame along the entire length, in which some kind of glue can be seen in some parts, I would expect excellent workshop processing for such a " more premium" product, not to mention that dust and dirt can fall into this gap over time. Another thing is that the lower part of the display is more illuminated by LED light in some places, and specifically the most in the lower right corner - but this is a natural feature of displays to a certain extent. If anyone has a similar experience, either with the processor or the display, you can contact me at [email protected]. Except for these two squint-biting ailments, the laptop is excellent.
The RTX 4050 6GB was very surprising with its performance, RTX is really limited here, but the DLSS technology is great, it saves a lot of performance, so far I have not had a problem with 6GB of memory, even with new titles
The lid is aluminum, the rest of the chassis (plastic) has a very solid and hard impression, the notebook is heavy and feels sturdy
The 16:10 display with a resolution of 1980x1200 is great
Plays games like Battlefield 2042 or Cyberpunk 2077 at high detail (not ultra) with 70+ fps at maximum resolution
The keyboard is really comfortable for both typing and gaming
The sound from the speakers isn' t bad either, it' s not the most amazing, but it' s nice
Graphics are very well cooled - compared to the processor. Perhaps it has not yet reached over 75 degrees under load
The i5 13500H processor is worse for me, it shows high temperatures, already at 60% load, it was able to reach 95 degrees, it needs to be throttled in the Lenovo Vantage program and the Watts must be reduced, but it is still very powerful
After tuning in Lenovo Vantage and lab work, you get the processor to an acceptable 70-85 degrees, but it' s quite annoying, especially for an inexperienced user
When switching to performance mode, the laptop is quite noisy, the cooling system as a whole does not seem miraculous to me.
Production processing of the display/frames on its bottom - I will elaborate on that below.
