Terrible support. Nowhere is it written that the efficiency of writing decreases dramatically with a display wrapped in a protective foil, she had to take it off in order for the pen to write properly (600 CZK in the wonder), so watch out for it. The main thing is that alza happily offers gluing foil for an additional fee, but to warn the customer that the pen with foil will not work, it doesn' t. The pen arrived without instructions and finding it on the net took quite some time. The pen can' t be paired with the tablet, it works when it approaches the screen, but palm rejection doesn' t really work - it should be noted even after turning on this feature in the application settings. As I write, it happens that I leave ink stains on my hand or I accidentally climb out of the application because my placed hand closes it. I do not recommend this product and tablet. I give 2 stars for delivery, alza boxes work well and are comfortable.
