I ordered two pieces and one of them works perfectly, as expected and the other has been malfunctioning since the very beginning. But the complaint with Alza was fast, friendly and hassle-free. Unfortunately, that one was bad and I have to take one star off. But it's smart electronics and I guess the intelligence just went into his processor and he wanted to do things his way and not mine. Never mind, either they reinstall his manners or he goes to the scrap heap. But the working piece is working fine. The children use it at school as a school notebook and are happy with it. It lasts for about two school days, or one day if they are still watching videos. Before school to charge. The quick response from the pen is decent, so you can write normally with the "pen", you can draw, etc.
