No problems so far: ) The Alza technicians installed it quickly with no problems, and even brought it up to the 5th floor with a smile: D Compared to how quiet the soaking and drying is, the spinning is quite loud. But I don't think that's a flaw. You probably can't make the centrifugation much quieter anyway, and we solved it with extra sound insulation + doors I wouldn't call the touch part intuitive. But I promise you that you just need to read the manual and 5 minutes of real thinking and you'll understand everything by the end of your life, it's actually quite logical, just a bit "convoluted". It's frustrating when you press something and nothing happens, and you should learn why nothing happens from the manual, but you just won't find it in the manual. It is best to read it from beginning to end and then start using the washing machine I stress you must clean the washing machine with a cloth after each wash as it says in the manual! And after drying, not at all. It's not such a big deal, I put a clean cloth near the washing machine and I can clean it in 2-3 moves now. Otherwise, there are pieces of fabric left in the seal. If you don't clean it, you're 1. damaging the washing machine 2. there's a bit of an increased risk of fire 3. it's going to stink. Don't forget to do the rest of the thorough cleaning (especially the filters) according to the manual after about 30 cycles (the app will alert you) in addition to the cleaning program (with the appropriate detergent, ideally descaling). If you think the washing machine is not washing properly: I have a limescale filter installed which I change regularly + I use quality washing powders (and exceptionally gels, e.g. for sensitive laundry) + I weigh the laundry and always weigh as much powder/detergent as the manufacturer recommends and never use fabric softener. Laundry detergent doesn't have to be the most expensive, and often the cheapest ones are even some of the best. If you have the opportunity, buy detergents in Germany. These are tricks taught to me by a family friend who has been fixing washing machines and other goods for 20 years. Try doing the same, you will see that the result is much better

The prediction of the end time of the wash is pretty accurate, the most it's varied by so far is a few minutes. The predicted drying time varied by max. by 10 minutes, but there were blankets and the maximum possible weight (5kg)
The end of wash notification is fine
The "song" about the end of the wash is actually quite pleasant and nothing as horrible, "childish" and annoying as I've heard from older LG models
The LG Smart app is not exactly fine-tuned, and cannot be trusted for network security, I recommend throwing it into a local DMZ if you can
The LG website has a file in the manuals for this product on how to use the ezDispense feature, which this washing machine does not have!
The manual does not explain well what and how each program does what. The Washing + Drying program has no details. You have to find out from the internet or trial and error
There is a lot of conflicting information on the internet. For example, you will find in some e-shops and reviews that steam washing is also used in the Cotton and Eco programmes, which is not true for this model! It is generally difficult to find out objective information
The app cannot set a notification for the end of washing when the drying is switched on immediately after washing in the programme
Prepare to be frustrated when you press the "add laundry" button and the washing machine does indeed stop, but the door won't unlock: ) You have to turn the washing machine off to open the door. This is an intentionality, you will find a sentence about it in the manual, and I wish you good luck in your search: ) It happens in some programs, and only if you pause the washer too late (ouk that makes sense) or too early! (yep, that's right)
DD's "intelligent" AI is doing God knows what and it's completely non-transparent. Apart from the various predicted end times, you learn absolutely nothing about it

only time will tell how the washing machines are now in conjunction with the dryer, before there were problems with it, they left stains on clothes and destroyed clothes, supposedly this generation of washing machines is much better, but we will not dry clothes for normal wear in it, rather bed linen, blankets, etc.

I've had the washing machine for over two months. I don't know who writes the other reviews, but I notice a completely different mix of pros and cons with the washing machine. In my opinion, the washing machine looks nice, washes very well (no residue on clothes), dries and is quiet. In my opinion, the app, from which I expected much more, is unfinished.
There was some sort of cashback program when I bought mine, where I registered the washing machine on LG's website and they sent me some money from 5 - beware though - this option was only a few weeks after purchase, so it needs to be done ideally now. 1) Smell of newness - Typical thing for new things. Here it manifested itself when using the dryer. Within 14 days of relatively heavy use, it completely disappeared. I have not noticed that the clothes smell in any way after using the dryer. On the contrary - compared to the previous washing machine, it's a blast.
2) Dust by the door - When you buy a black t-shirt in a store, it tends to fade over time. With previous washing machines, there was some dust added to the black that was very visible. The clothes come out of this washer/dryer really clean/dust free. You really feel better: -) After washing some types of clothes, some of this dust remains on the bottom behind the door (for towels and cotton in general. ). You can brush it off with your hand.
3) Noise - The washing machine is generally very quiet. If I have to pick the least quiet part of the wash, spin and dry cycles - it's "surprisingly" the spin. It's not engine noise in my opinion, it's vibration. These can be enhanced by setting the speed to max and inserting, for example, three towels (uneven load). Even so, in my opinion, the washing machine is very quiet.
4) Application - Here I really expected more. Software is the only thing that can be worked on after the launch, but it just isn't there yet. I don't think it will. I'm just going to write down the points that bother me. Each remote start must be enabled locally on the washing machine beforehand. This means that if you start the washing machine from work via the app, then linger and want to turn on the drying - you can't (someone would have to enable another remote start locally). You can set/change the program via the app, but not every program can change all its parameters, such as temperature, speed, drying type (sometimes only on the washing machine). If the washing machine is connected to the internet, I found that the app changes the number of the software loaded in it. In other words - it is updating without my knowledge and perhaps it can't even be turned off. There is no changelog anywhere. From my own observation, I would say that the AI functions somehow change the configuration of the sensors - i.e. I have a feeling that the drying was set to a lower humidity after purchase than it is now (i.e. the laundry now has a higher moisture content, although it is still relatively dry, after AI drying - while this could also be managed from the app - whichever way you like). The app doesn't have any label taking and setting the program accordingly, etc. you can just make up a lot of things that aren't in the app. The application is therefore only for remote start (limited), program and parameter settings (limited), download of other programs (I use, but only occasionally. ), counting cycles before using the drum cleaning, and probably also actualizing the washing machine sw (this is completely out of control).
