Smaller depth, suitable for smaller bathrooms, 9kg capacity, despite the reduced depth. Relatively quiet operation.

Simple setup, seems to be good quality, direct drive motor, option to download programmes and an automatic AI programme.

Programs, + a lot of them can still be downloaded in the app
LG applications
I mainly use AI mode, it weighs itself and selects the appropriate program, I only adjust the temperature
Can be controlled remotely, but the washing machine must be switched on in standby mode
If I turn the washing machine off in the appliance, it cannot be turned on again remotely. Must be switched on again manually

And now a completely truthful review, hopefully it will help someone. I bought the washing machine 5 months ago, I had the previous LG washing machine for 13 years, it was used almost daily and if the bearing hadn't come off and started jumping, it still runs today, I really regret not repairing it and picking up a new one right away. After the experience, I again chose the LG brand, unfortunately it is absolutely not comparable to the original.
It's so economical and full of eco and AI crap that it somehow ceases to fulfill what it's designed to do.
When hanging the laundry, the undissolved detergent falls out of it on the floor and I wash a long program on 40 and I give really little detergent, the gels bother me. Short programs are completely useless and can't handle more laundry, which the previous washing machine handled just fine. According to the instructions, you can use the full dose, i.e. 9 kg, on one program, the others are 2-4 kg, if you put more it cuts before wringing. So in the final I have to give only 400 revolutions and then give the wringing itself after the end of the original program. Also, I've never had a problem with my towels smelling musty until now with my new washing machine and I wash them as I'm used to 60 with disinfectant, yet they still stink so I have to wash at 90, which is really cool when you buy an economical washing machine isn't it. Chopping happens at a certain time and is already a tradition, the washing machine has a problem to start napping and calmly 40 minutes writes in the app rinsing. Sometimes I have to turn it off or stop and lower the speed. So the one-hour programme is now a two-hour programme. The rub was that during the drum cleaning program, when it is empty without washing, it also did not discharge water and reported an error, the hose is ok, and I clean the filter regularly, so there is no problem there. Since then, he has been getting an error every third wash, it simply drains for half an hour and then reports an error. I'm considering a complaint because a new, regularly cleaned washing machine just isn't supposed to do that. There can't be a blockage anywhere, it wouldn't drain the water at all but after switching off and on just the wringing itself, it drains it without a problem. It was hooked up by a plumber, the hose is as it should be.
Anyone who is considering buying, hopefully read the review and maybe it will help you not be unhappy like me.
Narrow
is so economical that it basically doesn't wash
undissolved washing powder falls out of the laundry
makes noises I wouldn't expect from a new appliance
vibrates a lot when wringing (yes it is properly balanced with a spirit level)
often crashes, so the program is extended by an hour
even though he's at 9 kilos, he can't handle a bigger load of laundry

The washing machine is full of ECO programs that wash for a short time in cold water, resulting in unwashed and smelly clothes. If you want, for example. the classic Cotton programme at 40°C, you have to select the complicated Cotton 60°C (in reality it only heats up to 44°C) + set the washing Intense. Then your laundry will wash well. In other words, you have to turn off all the AI and ECO nonsense and then the washing machine washes quite well.
It is relatively quiet
It has a big drum
Full of ECO programs, but they don't wash well
Unnecessary AI
Squeezing at max 1200 rpm only skims for 5 min, you have to repeat the cycle if necessary

A quiet and easy-to-use washing machine. Since the previous one, it also has a 30'C wash and a steam wash. It's narrower, so space saving. Great satisfaction so far.
