Big around the wrist, also on the foot(ankle) it's big. When I have it around my wrist it fits all the way around my palm and I have to hold it .

The design is robust enough.
For people with narrow knuckles / wristbands it is necessary to take care that the tie will not stay in place.
It would also be better if there were 2 dry slips on each tie. Thus, when there is only one and it is pulled as tight as possible, the wrapper gets in the way of the Velcro and it unnecessarily rubs it.
