if you're a skinny woman, it will be looser around the wrist (I'm big and it could still be tighter around the wrist, maybe it's just personal preference, so I don't put it in the cons). Otherwise, great.

As far as the attachment system goes, it's much better than the Lifefit weighted single velcro ones I have at home. When exercising, the weights hold steady on the ankle and don't run up and down (I don't use them on my hands, so I can't judge there). I am satisfied.
