Good value for money. The nuts loosen slightly with some movement, but nothing terrible. The worst part was getting the stickers off and getting rid of the glue on them. I don't see if the manufacturer could have handled it more elegantly.

The 8 kg dumbbell consists of a bar (1.8 kg) and two nuts (0.2 kg each). The 1kg discs alone (6 in total) actually weigh 0.96 - 0.97 kg. Both the nut and the rod have rubber rings fitted towards the discs, which is a sufficient, though not absolutely reliable, safety against loosening.
