From personal experience, I do not recommend. The product gives a massive impression. I used anchors, which I bought separately, to anchor to the ceiling. However, the semicircles for the TRX mount are not welded to each other at the intersection. The welding of the semicircles to the circular base is done carelessly - only in points. The combination of these shortcomings caused my outer suspension semicircle to tear off the base during training (estimated load 70 kg). Fortunately, there was no accident. If you have a product, I recommend putting a carabiner so that it goes through both semicircles. Unfortunately, I no longer have instructions for use, it may be necessary to use it in this way, however, I still do not believe the declared 150 kg load capacity.
