I ordered the goods on Monday, they were supposed to be available for pick up on Tuesday. I called twice during the week - the fault is on the side of the carrier. They always promised to call. Not once. I didn't get a gift for the kids. In the end, I cancelled everything and the money hasn't arrived yet. I know, it's stupid, but they didn't get this right....
