I didn't expect this mouse to be so long. I guess ergonomics has advanced further than I realize, but compared to the Logitech M705 wireless mouse I've been using for x years, it's almost a centimeter and a half longer (the user specifically requested a wired mouse). I'm returning it. Next time I'll look at the length of each mouse..: )
It's a Logitech, so it'll last a while.

Replacement of my previous favourite mouse (M500 without s). Shape and functions are exactly the same, so I am fully satisfied. Well, except for the wheel, but I'm not sure if the old M500 didn't do that when it was new. We'll see when it gets a little dusty - maybe friction will increase and spontaneous movement will stop. It's a bit annoying when the content on your screen suddenly goes away. At that price, there shouldn't be any lapses like that.

Fast scrolling after unlocking the wheel
7 buttons are exactly as many as needed (at least for me) - nothing is missing and nothing unnecessary is in the way
A little problem with the wheel - either it is unbalanced or the axis is not exactly in the middle: in a certain position, there is a spontaneous movement of almost half a turn
Compared to the previous M500, it has not only slip plates in the corners but also around the optical sensor; it's an unnecessary additional surface on which to trap dirt

In my 4-year-old, intensively used, very good and reliable M500, the right button starts to make an unwanted double click sometimes, so I bought a new M500s. Unfortunately I had to return it because it is incompatible with Windows 11; pity!
