I've long been a strict keyboard+mouse advocate, but as I'm getting older and wrist fatigue is already occasionally felt, I figured I'd try this alternative to let my hands rest during other movement - and it works better than I expected. I still can't imagine playing a first-person shooter or a game where you need to have 10+ control keys at your fingertips at all times, but for example Grim Dawn (a Diablo-like ARPG) is fully playable and I'd say even more enjoyable (at least most of the characters - you can't do without the keyboard + mouse combination to use some specific builds effectively). Overall satisfaction so far. I don't have anything to compare it to (my first controller), but it serves and looks like it could last a while.
Instant response with no dropouts or noticeable lag
Long battery life (I first charged the ReCyko Pro with an average of 1-2 hours of use per day after more than a month, when I realized that the vibrations had stopped working) - the controller does not need to be turned off (if it had a switch), it seems to have almost no power in stand-by, so it is still ready for use
PS layout that suits me better than the asymmetrical joysticks of XBOX controllers
Powered by AA pencil batteries (rechargeable) = longer life than the built-in battery, plus you don't have to wait for it to recharge when it runs out of power, just have a spare pair ready.
Stiffer rear triggers - a problem especially in racing games that don't allow you to override the brake and throttle - cramping the right trigger for several minutes at a time is really uncomfortable - I personally solved it with the free HotkeyP utility, which allows you to change the settings of individual switches, even for a specific game (I personally prefer to accelerate and brake with the left joystick) - however, it's not really for inexperienced users
Relatively higher price, but this is perhaps offset by the higher quality than cheaper competitors

Excellent gamepad. My son has been partying on it for over a year and it still holds up great (gamepad, son too). Fast response, no BT lags. It runs fine on batteries. A big plus is that the gamepad can be unscrewed and serviced, such as cleaning the grooves of colored pads clogged with player sweat.

I've only had it for a few days, but I'm very satisfied. It works fine on Win 11 (Pro). I recommend leaving the switch on X (XInput). I think it is quite sufficient for the average user and gamer. It's a kind of golden mean, but of course "connoisseurs" will probably reach for some "tuned" variant. But beware, more expensive doesn't mean better. Hopefully this review will help you.

I have two of these drivers. I bought the second one because I thought I had lost the dongle for the first one. The driver itself is very good. Its levers and triggers are very precise. On the other hand, the triggers are a bit stiffer, so if you do a two-hour race, your finger will hurt. I've basically never used the D-input capabilities of that driver in the 7 years I've had the older driver. As well as the ability to switch the left stick to button mode. But I'm not saying that anyone can use it. The overall design of the controller is very hilarious, and I personally like the PlayStation DualShock-like layout - I'm a long-time PS gamer. Regarding the signal, I don't know if it's the driver or the dongle or what. But for myself, I recommend that the controller has an unobstructed "view" of the dongle. When the dongle is connected to the PC under the desk, it happens that the signal drops out. I never had a problem when playing on my laptop because the notebook was right under the controller. When playing on a regular PC, it's already a bit noticeable. I'll add that with a newer controller ( 3 years old), my left lever and right trigger started to flicker this week. But I'm thinking it's probably a defective piece ( although, it still lasted longer than the two year warranty), because the old, 7 year old controller ( and also more used) doesn't suffer from this ailment. Speaking for myself, one of the best PC controllers if you don't like the layout of the XBox controllers that can be purchased. I'm putting 4 stars in the rating because while it's a good controller, it doesn't reach the quality of the DualShock 4 or its Xbox competition. If the few mistakes I described were removed, I would give more than 5 stars if I could. If you're looking for a good and reliable PC controller that you can use on every game, look no further.
Classic lever and button layout
Very precise levers that have almost no dead-zone.
Option to hide the dongle in the controller body
Stiffer triggers
Overall louder buttons when pressing

It serves exactly as it should.
Less comfortable than e.g. from Xbox360 (but that's subjective)

A fine alternative if you need to play games where the classic XBOX can't - so some older games
alternative layout to XBOX
