I have experience with the earlier model G933 and now the G935. I've had the G933 for 3-4 years, and the G935 for almost 2 years now. 2 years ago I bought this model for 2,399, now the price is 3,889. BIZARRE. Peeling skin - The first thing I started to absolutely hate about the G935 is the peeling of the skin from the pads around the ears. The G933 had cloth pads, this model has leather pads, and every time I use the headphones I get chunks of black leather around my ears. If you wear glasses, this problem will appear even sooner than you think. In the summer, with prolonged use, the ears get steamy because they can't breathe through the skin. Disaster. Software - G Hub looks very nice, but even with the G933 I had problems with mute/unmute not working properly (taking the microphone off by hand) and with the G935 the problems are STILL THE SAME, WTF! Total failure, disappointment and indignation. The only reason I still have them on my head is because I'm sorry for the money I paid for it.
The headphones came without a cloth earpiece, I had to order one. It can then be easily replaced. The Logitech G Hub software seems complicated at first, but there's a lot to set up. I play a lot of games from RPG, FPS through these headphones. Ideal for multiplayer shooters. On the other hand, I recommend turning off 3D for a lot of games, like Hunt: Showdown and leave only the stereo.

After a year of use, the right earpiece stops working, it only catches up after the fourth time I turn the headphones off/on. currently sent for complaint
Since the switch to Win11, mutating the microphone by simply tapping upwards is wrong. So 90% of the time it happens that the microphone doesn't get caught when you put it down and the solution is to manually unmute the microphone in Win settings.
The headphones worked fine for a while. As for the microphone, it has been dropping out more or less since I bought the device, it just didn't manifest itself as it did after more than a year of use - the microphone started to drop more often, even during a call. When I put it into warranty, because a few months before the end of the warranty, the bass/eggs started to fall out, Alza initially returned the product to me in the same condition as when I sent it in for warranty, i.e. with microphone and sound dropouts, and after another complaint, the headphones started rattling as soon as I moved the microphone. But the glitches seemed to have been more or less fixed, but after a couple of weeks it became apparent that the headphones were in worse shape rather than better, as although the bass/vocals had stopped dropping out, but as far as the microphone was concerned, now people could hear me as if I was speaking from a distance with a strong microphone rasp.
If you want to spend money on quality headphones, hands off these, even service will break your headphones even more: )

Microphone bugs -> when you turn on the headphones, it sometimes turns off by itself or after moving away from the dongle, it is unable to turn the microphone back on
After a year and a half the contacts in the headphones started to go bad -> either only the highs or only the bass could be heard
Alza was not able to fix the defects even after 2 complaints, after the 3rd one I could not send it back for complaint because the 2-year warranty expired
After the 2nd complaint, the contacts in the headphones were indeed "fixed", that the bass/treble stopped dropping out, but I always hear a rattle when I move the microphone and the microphone has not been fixed at all, rather it is even worse than before, because when I talk to someone, they hear a strong rattling of the microphone and me, as if I am talking from a great distance!
And the biggest negative is probably the price, because the quality of the device is terrible
