When it's charged, it's great
Logitech's software doesn't warn you that the mouse is almost empty and then suddenly stops working. All you have to do is wait for it to recharge.

Quality mouse.
In addition to the classic left and right buttons, it has 3 other adjustable buttons + you can also set what happens when you tilt the scroll wheel left or right, giving you 2 more control options.
The mouse has no middle button, pressing the scroll wheel changes the type of scrolling (smooth vs clickable).
The mouse is smaller, which may be a minus for some.

fast scrolling by releasing the wheel lock - I don't want a mouse without it
BlueTooh and USB Unifying. BT saves me the USB port on two ntb's and the USB is in the desktop PC. Great.

The wheel does what it wants, the image jumps up and down while scrolling
The wheel does not have a brake, so when you lift your finger, the image goes away
