I am extremely satisfied, I was just surprised that in PC (Windows 10) it reports as C920 and I could not find any driver for it (even on the manufacturer's website).
The software from the manufacturer's site to update the C930e Firmware reports "Device not found" and I can't help it. I'm afraid the firmware update won't work. I found nothing on the manufacturer's website and when I try to contact the manufacturer's technical support, only AI (artificial intelligence) talks to me and sends me to the same links over and over again, which does not help. There is no other way to contact support or. I didn't find.

According to the other party (using Windows 8) on Skype, the image is blurry at times as the camera focuses spontaneously.

Really great camera I almost 'passed out' in a good sense of the word and what a picture it has and also the wide shot just wow; ) and the sound is, I don't know, not much according to me; )
I sent this camera as a gift to a friend and the alza totally fell through. The donor did not receive any link and certificate that they offer in the service so the gift did not have its own caro. Offset by a 5e voucher which I probably won't even use but let's face it, what is 5hours: Nothing. Thank you never again. T. D.
