If you like silicone baking mats, this will suit you. A friend has one too and is happy. it's great to help make all the macaroons the same size. I prefer paper though, also because when I put one on my sheet, there is a lot of unused space around and 2 pads won't fit on my sheet. For larger tubes and sheets, even 2 side by side could fit on the sheet. For a sample to compare in the photo with a tablespoon.
