I bought the mouse as a temporary replacement for the RAT 8, which is on recuperation. Immediately after connecting the affliction. The mouse has a polling rate of 1000 Hz, but the cursor jumps at this polling rate. So I lowered it to 250 Hz. The mouse cannot be updated with hardware due to a bug in the software. This can be circumvented with older software, but you won't find it from the manufacturer. The manufacturer's website is extremely slow. It takes over 5 minutes to download 20 MB of software. When the mouse is working, it's unbeatable. It fits perfectly in the hand and one has confidence in the movements. I can highly recommend it for playing all types of games. But if you don't insist on a wireless mouse, I'd recommend a slightly better, and cheaper, wired option like the RAT 8.

After 2 months of use we had to complain about this mouse. For games that required quick movements it dropped out, sometimes sliding the battery out and in helped. The problem was getting worse, it was simply unusable for gaming. We thought the battery just had some play, but that wasn't it. So we claimed the mouse and after 3 weeks our claim was rejected because of damaged skateboards?! So of course we don't have a gaming mouse for the show, but the mouse (like all the previous ones) is normal to play with. It's a shame that the mouse wasn't rated at the time of purchase, as another buyer clearly had a problem playing with it, see his review. If the claim for this particular product is simply brushed off the table on the grounds that the skateboards are worn out after only 2 months of use, I don't understand why the Instant Replacement Guarantee or the +3 year extended warranty is offered with it! I am claiming the mouse again and after the experience I do not recommend it to anyone.

The mouse absolutely does not match its price. On the plus side, the mouse is visually appealing and offers removable side panels for finger rest. That's great, and I would personally add a few more variations. The sidewall on the left side is roomy enough for your thumb and the right side can comfortably fit two fingers.
On the negative side, the mouse is extremely small and if you stretch it out it is still quite small. The side buttons (except the round one) are not easy to feel. The wheel has a sideways tilt function, great, really, because the wheel is so recessed that practically no avoidance is possible. The additional button by the left mouse button is quite ok, but the ergonomics could be improved. The vertical wheel is hard to feel so it is also unnecessary. The last thing is the Sw for the mouse which is quite intuitive but gets stuck and is generally pretty weak functionally, but that can be survived. The last and crucial thing for me was that the mouse had an inconsistent speed half the screen goes normally and then suddenly jumps a chunk (not the pad's fault). But maybe just a defective piece.
