I can't think of a decent word to describe the product. I recommend adding these restrictions in the description.
Maybe for PLA (but that's a waste of money)
The pad twists (pulls away from the magnet) when you try to press it on the shiny side and heat it above 70°C. The force is such that it cannot be balanced even by the strictures on the sides. Completely unusable for ASA and ABS.
The PEI layer on the sheet (if it is PEI at all) is significantly thicker on the rough side than on the smooth side. This is why the plate twists when heated.
I can't remember a pad that bad in 10 years.
If you stick the magnetic film on the printer, it will be difficult to return it.
I don't know what I'm gonna do with her now.

Super quality, the material holds as nailed in the printing process, easy to peel off after cooling. No need to use any glue!
Be careful to get the right height. If the nozzle "knocks" into the pad, it makes a dent with a deflection and stays there.
