We wanted to get an infrared sauna earlier, especially in the metal times, when it was not possible to visit public pools and sauna facilities, it would have been very nice, but at that time there were no infrared saunas in stock anywhere, 2 (other) e-shops, which stated that they had them, told us after ordering that there is no stock and will not be anytime soon, so we were forced to cancel the order. Alza imports have improved significantly over the last 2 years. Before that it was a disaster (vulgar third party driver, with a vehicle in poor condition, dented and scraped the fridge, even refused to take away an old appliance). Now the bulky goods were delivered directly by alza, and everything was absolutely fine.

in contrast to reviews in other e-shops, where it was stated that it is not possible to switch off the light independently of the heating panels, with the piece that was delivered to me it is possible
I have to praise alza-import, when the goods were delivered 2 days after ordering (although it was a weekend) and in addition it was brought by two helpful and skilful young men, for whom it was no problem to carry the box a few extra meters
down by the floor, the space is not heated, solved by a small wooden stool, on which I put my feet, otherwise they remain cold below the ankles, but the lower heating panel burns my calves from behind. if the heating panel was a little lower, it would probably be better
subjectively, it is not very nice in appearance, we will solve that with a curtain, but that is more a question of taste and style of other household furnishings
