Up to (or at most) two months of use is allowed. During the months that the original cartridges are allowed I am unable to filter enough water at home to make it worthwhile. With these, I know that I can use the full filtration capacity in two months.

well I'm not very enthusiastic fltr does not leak exactly and between the filter and the kettle there is water so logically bacteria form here and unfiltered water comes down between the filtered .
