We use a lot of products from Medela, this one is good quality and works. Just be careful, we combine breastfeeding with the Calma teat from Medela and it works like this for about 6 months without any problem. When we use this teat more often, she refuses to breastfeed. But that's totally consistent with how this teat is meant to be.
