I bought this inhaler for my 85-year-old father (he had another one before, which can no longer be bought), I was quite worried about how he would learn to use it, but it is so simple, 3 attachments for the recommended size of drops, the cup for dosing the medicine can be built, it is a bit noisier and it' s also heavier so it' s stable
